Yes! I offer 1 : 1 sessions for all of my FCMO clients. We often discuss pitfalls and challenges to product, team, manufacturing, and assess opportunities together as well.
Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?
We will set Key Performance Metrics together once we have dialed in our Brand and Marketing Strategy together. We will both know those KPI's and will pull data monthly to review. As we review, this data will inform us how to enhance or pivot our strategy.
